Build A DTF Gang Sheet

Our high quality DTF prints are a great way to start printing your designs on black and dark coloured garments. Available in sizes A4, A3 and 500mm x 400mm with no minimum order quantity, our high quality DTF prints are the perfect way to expand your printing options. DTF prints can be applied to almost all fabrics including cotton, polyester, polycotton mixes and more*. 

Our build a gang sheet service allows you to upload multiple images with full control over placement. Or you can use the auto-fill function to create a sheet of your images. Sheets are shipped in protective packaging and ready to press**

Press using medium to high pressure at 150c for 10 seconds with a teflon sheet or baking paper covering the print and garment. Peel when warm and press for a second time with a teflon sheet covering the print and garment.

**DTF sheets may attract moisture in transit. Before pressing, gently touch the white surface of the print. If it feels greasy to the touch, place white side up on a pre-heated press platten, set the press to 150c and instead of pressing down, hover the heat press slightly above the print. Maintain a small gap (around 1-2cm or 1/4 inch) between the heat press and the film and hold there for 10 to 20 seconds. Gently touch the white surface to check that any surface moisture has evaporated.
